Our company has invested in top of the line equipment to ensure that our work is done correctly and efficiently. By providing quick service by highly trained staff, we help with that.Our staff receives on the job training, are sent to IICRC classes for certification, attend hands on training from IICRC certified instructors, have access to on-line classes, and have time to study during the work day when there is a break in the schedule.We start by responding promptly which limits continuing damage. We will make every effort to restore the structure and contents because we understand that in the long run it is far more cost effective than replacing everything. We also know that we need to work hand-in-hand with the adjuster because they make the final decision. We provide pictures, documentation during each step of the job, and a detailed bill done in Xactimate which is the insurance industries preferred program. We strive to provide excellent customer service to our clients, the clients you refer to us, and to the insurance companies. We provide many opportunities for feedback.
