We understand that agents and adjusters have a responsibility to keep claims costs down while still providing for your clients. By providing quick service by highly trained staff, we help with that.
Our staff receives on the job training, are sent to IICRC classes for certification, attend hands on training from IICRC certified instructors, have access to on-line classes, and have time to study during the work day when there is a break in the schedule.
We start by responding promptly which limits continuing damage. We will make every effort to restore the structure and contents because we understand that in the long run it is far more cost effective than replacing everything. We also know that we need to work hand-in-hand with the adjuster because they make the final decision. We provide pictures, documentation during each step of the job, and a detailed bill done in Xactimate which is the insurance industries preferred program.
